Delivery

Products are delivered either from Swiss Bag Company Sàrl warehouses or via a third party partner. Swiss Bag Company Sàrl accepts no responsibility for waiting times, but undertakes to supply goods to its customers within a maximum of four working days from receipt of the order and payment. In the event that delivery cannot be made within two weeks of the date of the order, the customer will be notified and will have the option of cancelling the order.

For deliveries abroad, shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and the country of destination. These costs are estimated during the ordering process and are provided for information only. They may be adjusted after the order has been placed, and in the event of a difference, the cost will be borne by the customer. In this case, the customer will be informed within three working days of placing the order of the additional amount to be paid. They will then have three working days to confirm whether they wish to maintain their order by accepting the additional charge. In the absence of a response from the customer within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled. Foreign customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT in the country of delivery and any other applicable taxes.

Guarantee

The goods are covered by a guarantee for normal use, in accordance with the expected uses and within the framework of the regulations in force. In the event of a defect in the goods occurring during the guarantee period, the customer has the right to request replacement of the defective goods. If replacement by an identical item is not feasible, the customer may choose, at his or her discretion, between rescission of the contract or a proportional reduction in the purchase price.
